Davy Kennedy - Every Sunday morning my wife warms the griddle and makes our wee family these delicious pancakes. They have the sweetness of a crepe and the texture of a good proper pancake. Once a year on ‘Pancake Tuesday’ she makes big batches and we both take them to our work families.
